The Executive Vice Con-Artist of
WEBTOPS
M. C. David Waathiq
also known as
Mujaahid D. Waathiq
also known as
M. David. Wattiq
also known as
M. D. Waathiq
December 2005 : WebTops says Mr. Waathiq was fired and is longer associated with him
We have been contacted by Mr. Azzam Abdo and Mr. Ayman Aniss of WebTops who both informed us that Mr. Waathiq has not
worked for them in the past 9 months and had been
fired some time ago. Mr. Abdo also states
that WebTops
no longer has any relation to Mr. Waathiq. We do have reservations about the
fact that
WebTops paid for Mr. Waathiq's legal assistance in the idle
hope that this website would
remove itself from the internet. At the time of us being
contacted the www.webtops.com website has not yet resurfaced and still appears to be a dormant company. According to
Molly Goings who has done work for WebTops, the primary product of WebTops is
My PC Companion,
yet that site also seems largely unfinished.
April 2004 : Is
WebTops Inc. going to be the next
corporate victim of Mr. David Waathiq ?
According to the
management team web
page of WebTops "Mr. Waathiq is WebTops' Chief Marketing and Sales Officer, responsible for WebTops' business development,
sales, and marketing." and where is provided the title of executive vice president. Since April Mr. Waathiq is active
as Executive Vice President of a company called WebTops. We hope that WebTops will not become
another
victim of Mr. Waathiq's activities nor do we hope that WebTops and its management share, support, or endorse
the kind of
activities of Mr. Waathiq is
well known for. Notice
how the bio used on that page
differs slightly from the
one used previously
and the one David Waathiq
had used for Advanced Technology Publishing. We hope that WebTops
Inc does not provide Mr. Waathiq access to important and confidental computer data and documents of their customers.
Another interesting note to make is that the
Mr. Kronenberger who is also
on the management team of WebTops has
assisted David Waathiq in filing a DMCA complaint with
google.com regarding this site. This
silly but amusing attempt at abusing the DMCA to prevent
free speech can be found on this page
here where we outline the DMCA complaint. We are not sure
whether this means that the management team of WebTops Inc
shares Mr. Waathiq's desire for
all the facts on our site to be
unavailable to the public. It would, after all, be considered
bad for business
if one of the executives of WebTops can so easily be researched with a few
background checks
for which we provide you a collection of tips and pointers in the right direction. Needless to say, the facts we offer
will
always remain available to the public.
All this WebTops stuff is interesting but
what ever happened to his previous
scam that was
claimed to
materialize in March 2004?
The same as
every other scam before it, of course.
It also appears that Mr. Waathiq's activities related to
a company up in Ross also didn't
lead to anything and did not gain Mr. Waathiq that which he desired and his attempts to hide and take up a different
internet connection has
NOT managed to
fool anyone.
